Recruitment Specialist – Human Resources
(2024-04-18) Kanari Management is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its Human Resources team.
ROLE AND MISSION:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a central pillar of our talent development strategy, with the following main missions:
- Analyze the company’s needs regarding new employees.
- Propose strategies for candidate search.
- Draft job offers to attract suitable candidates.
- Promote job offers and use necessary media for their promotion.
- Receive CVs from candidates and sort them according to the positions to be filled.
- Organize interviews (in person, over the phone, via video conference, etc.).
- Plan additional interviews such as technical tests, situational assessments, personality tests, etc.
- Ensure references are up to date.
- Make a selection among the different candidates and recommend the final candidate.
- Make an offer to the selected candidate and follow up until the contract is signed.
- Welcome new employees to the company and organize their training.
- Write interview reports (summary, encountered issues, analysis of profiles encountered, etc.).
- Perform activity tracking reporting.
- Update internal tools and databases.
- Conduct documentary monitoring (media, professional journals, internet…) regarding jobs, sought-after skills, and innovative recruitment processes in the field.
- Regularly monitor to create a database of potential candidates.
- HR Strategy: Contribute to the development of our employer brand and the improvement of acquisition and integration processes.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- At least three (3) years of recruitment experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, organized, and prioritized.
- Autonomy, initiative, and adaptability in a changing environment.
- Quick learning ability or proficiency in various technological tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Canva, etc.).

Schedule: Full-time position – 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
