Kanari management offers outsourcing and consulting services in project planning and management. 

The Kanari Management team is comprised primarily of professionals committed to providing high quality services. We are always on the lookout for junior, intermediate and senior project planning and management candidates from the construction, mining and metals, aerospace, manufacturing and information technology sectors.

You are a graduate of an engineering school or university equivalent with a specialization in project management and have significant experience as a PMO, PCO or estimator. You use project management tools (Primavera, MS-Project) and are familiar with the principles of PMI (Project Management Institute).

F.I.F.O. – Fly In Fly Out 14/14 – 12-hour shifts – Construction Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors

WESTERN CANADA – SIX-MONTH MANDATE – STARTING JUNE OR JULY 2026 – ENGLISH REQUIRED

Kanari management is currently seeking Construction Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors for industrial projects on mining sites in Western Canada.We are looking for hands-on field professionals capable of efficiently coordinating construction activities in a demanding industrial environment.

Positions available: Three (3) Construction Supervisors & Two (2) Assistant Supervisors.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise subcontractor activities on site.
  • Ensure schedules, budgets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are respected.
  • Ensure all subcontractors have the technical information required to properly execute the work.
  • Follow up on technical questions and related responses.
  • Monitor short-term and long-term planning activities.
  • Participate actively in daily work coordination and field issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with multiple disciplines to maintain project progress and objectives.

Profile sought:

  • Experience in industrial construction in one or more of the following disciplines: mechanical, electrical, piping, instrumentation.
  • Experience supervising industrial work crews.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Leadership, autonomy, and rigor.
  • Position mainly conducted in English.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.

Conditions:

  • FIFO rotation 14/14 -12-hour shifts.
  • Camp accommodations provided.
  • Approximately six-month mandate.
  • Expected start: June / July 2026.
