Project description:
Kanari Management’s mandate is to develop and implement a detailed planning process including: construction, mine exploration, maintenance, upgrades, shut downs and progress monitoring with Primavera P6. Updating and forecasting the required manpower is also part of the mandate considering the limited capacity of the camp.
